Ahara ghee is proud to offer you traditionally made ghrita of our own designs and formulas. The beautiful herbal ghee you find on this page are micro-batches made in the ancient Ayurvedic method. We meticulously extract the herbs in water and then in ghee, removing all traces of water and ensuring a bioavailable and full-spectrum herbal food, retaining the utmost "oomph" of the herbs we use.
