Niter Kibbeh is the Traditionally Spiced Clarified butter from Ethiopia. Every family makes it different and we have more than one version!

Our Traditional version, a collaboration with the Yeshiwas family,  is the daily everything-kibbeh, which you will recognize, if you have ever been their 30 year old restaurant,  Cafe Colucci in Oakland, CA :-)
