Vanilla Ghee Chocolate Chip Cookies with Pistachios

Made with Ahara Vanilla Dream Ghee.
Preheat your oven to 375. In a medium sized mixing bowl combine 2 ½ cups flour with 1 tablespoon baking soda & 1 teaspoon salt.
In a larger mixing bowl combine 1 cup brown sugar, ½ cup white sugar and 1 cup vanilla ghee. Mix to combine then crack 2 eggs into the bowl and mix until consistent. Slowly blend the flour mixture into the ghee mixture ½ cup at a time until all the flour is blended in. Fold in 1 cup of pistachios and 1 ½ cups of chocolate chips. Spoon tablespoon sized balls onto a parchment lined baking sheet and sprinkle with additional pistachios and/or finishing salt.

It is high in iron and magnesium, nourishing the blood and the muscles. The apple is great for thinning the bile and cleansing the liver. This oatmeal with oomph leaves you feeling full and nourished but not weighed down. This is my breakfast most days in the Springtime and I love it!
