Reverse Chai

Let us do all the work of adding spices for you by using our Chai Spice Ghee for this simple tea recipe. Perfect for the winter. Grounding. Nourishing. 

We recommend using Rooibos tea for this recipe as it balances the qualities of winter. White, green or black tea can be substituted, but the caffeine can often aggravate the qualities that are high in winter and thus high in your body. As always though, tune in to how you feel and what you're craving. 


1 cup milk of your choice (I love hemp milk)

1-2 tsp Rooibos tea

1 tsp Chai Spice Ghee

1/2 tsp maple syrup (*optional sweetener)

Pinch Pink Himalayan Salt


  1. On stove top bring milk to low boil and add rooibos tea
  2. Simmer for 3-5 minutes
  3. Pour over tea stainer into your favorite mug
  4. Add Chai Spice Ghee, Maple Syrup and Salt
  5. Stir and Enjoy!
