Mexican Grilled Corn
Made with Ahara Traditional Ghee.
Grill ears of corn until charred on all sides. In a medium sized bowl, mix ½ cup traditional ghee, ½ cup cotija cheese, 1 teaspoon chili powder, ⅓ cup sour cream, 2 cloves minced garlic & 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro. Coat the grilled corn with the ghee mixture and top with additional cotija cheese, cilantro, chili powder & lime juice.
