Hello from the new owners of Ahara Rasa Ghee! We’re Suzanne and Jacqueline. We’ve been dear friends for over half of our lives and we are excited to announce that your favorite ghee is finally back into production and beginning to be available for purchase!
Both of us have been very immersed in health and wellness in our own ways for decades, and it fittingly felt like a gift for us to rebirth Ahara Rasa together.
We were trained by Ayurvedic practitioners in this craft, and are thrilled to be able to continue to bring you the healthy, small batch ghee you’ve come to know and love.

SUZANNE LANZA, CEO
Suzy grew up in the woods of Southern NJ, and now lives in the wilds of Western WA amongst the mountains and rivers;
she cut her teeth and found the edges of how far her doshas could be unbalanced
and then re-calibrated while living in vibrant cities from coast to coast, and is happy to now be living in nature.
She spent the first half of her career doing non-profit work and the next half in the entrepreneurial start-up world.
In her 4th decade, she seems to have found a new calling in offering Seva through the service and honor
of providing ethically produced, nutrient dense food to people.

JACQUELINE RENAN, CMO
Jacqueline has explored living throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
She's investigated suburbia, city life, coastal living, and a cabin in the mountains
while finding her heart most enlivened while living in the countryside of Chester
County on a horse farm.
Her career has included many years as an entrepreneur running a busy graphic
design and branding company. As a lifelong learner, she has spent the past
decade working with energy in the healing arts and expanding her consciousness
to remain balanced in this ever shifting world. Jacqueline plans to infuse Ahara
Rasa Ghee with the same intentions she brings to her daily life.
