Grass-Fed Lemon & Garlic Ghee | Ahara Rasa

The lemon garlic ghee was among the first flavor I ordered from Ahara Rasa, and today I have to buy larger and larger quantities of it with every order because I can’t get enough of it. The flavor is delicious, and its application has near limitless possibilities in the kitchen. I can’t imagine cooking with anything else after using this ghee. I’m a highly satisfied customer.

I used this to make a omelette and it was a game changer. The taste didn't have that overly oiliness when I would use cooking oil. It had that butteriness without tasting overly oily. When it comes to good cooking, good quality ingredients matter and this is it. I'll try in other dishes and see how it goes so far I'm liking the results.
